Michel Roux Jr makes tuna steak tartare with chilli, ginger and sesame seeds on Food and Drink.
Michel says: “This recipe is packed fully of essential nutrients and knocked up in minutes, a tuna steak tartare is the perfect dish to demonstrate that healthy food can be as delicious as it is good for you. The tartare is best served chilled, not at room temperature.”
The ingredients are: 2tbsp sesame seeds, 480g fresh tuna loin, 1 medium hot chilli, 2 spring onions and 2.5cm ginger.
For the dressing: 1tbsp honey, 6tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp sesame oil, half of lime juice.
Other fish can also be used instead of tuna in this recipe such as sea bass, mackerel or salmon.
