Ainsley Harriott served up tasty Celeriac Steak with Green Harissa and a Miso Bean Mash on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.
The ingredients for the Celeriac Steaks are: 1 large celeriac, peeled and cut into thick, 2cm to 3cm slices, 2 tbsp olive oil, Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the Green Harissa: A big handful of fresh coriander (cilantro), A big handful of fresh mint, 2-3 fresh green chillies (adjust to your preferred spice level), 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, Juice of 1 lemon and 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
For the Miso Bean Mash: 1 tin (approx. 400g) butter beans or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed, 1 tbsp white or brown miso paste, 1 tbsp tahini (optional, for extra creaminess), 1 clove garlic, minced, A splash of water or warm vegetable stock to loosen and A squeeze of lemon juice.
