James Martin served up tasty roast brill fillets on the bone with nutbrown butter, parsley and lemon on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g darnes of brill, 50g butter, diced, 1 small bunch parsley, chopped and ½ a lemon, juice only.
