Simon Rimmer served up a delicious orange mousse with chocolate granola on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 250ml orange juice (from oranges, not carton), Zest of 1 orange, 3 eggs, 2 yolks, 65g of sugar, 250ml of whipped cream and 4 sheets of gelatine.
For the granola : 125g of rolled oats, 50g of flaked almonds, 50ml of honey, 50g of brown sugar, 35g of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, Zest of half an orange and 30g of milk choc chips.
