Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Christmas dinner burger with cranberry sauce and gravy mayonnaise on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g minced turkey, 125g minced pork, 1 finely chopped onion, cooked 12mins, cooled, 100g cooked smoked bacon lardons, 2 tsp smoked salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbs smoked paprika, 125g sprouts, 1 carrot, Half red onion, Half bunch chopped tarragon, Juice and zest of 2 limes, 200g thick Japanese mayo, 100ml cold gravy, 8 slices gruyere cheese and 200g cooked stuffing (packet is fine).
4 x floury white barm cakes/rolls/baps.
To serve : Crinkle cut fries and Gravy.
