Simon Rimmer served up a delicious mincemeat and apple strudel on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 6 peeled apples – 3 granny smith, 3 braeburn or similar, chopped into 2cm cubes, 100g brown sugar, 100g mincemeat, 40ml brandy, 120g brioche breadcrumbs, Juice and zest half lemon, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, 6 sheets filo, 200ml melted butter and 75g sugar.
