Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious orange, nutmeg and panettone tiramisu on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 6 free-range eggs, separated, 125g caster sugar, 500g mascarpone, 300ml espresso or very strong coffee, 6 tbsp coffee liqueur, 20 savoiardi biscuits or sponge fingers, 1 panettone, cut into thin slices, 2 oranges, zest only and freshly grated nutmeg.
To serve: cocoa powder and 100g dark chocolate, half grated, half cut into shards.
