Jamie Oliver served up a tasty fish filo parcel and beans with trout, spinach, dill and yoghurt on Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy.
The ingredients are: olive oil, 320g baby spinach, 1 bunch of dill (20g), 4 sheets of filo pastry, 4 x 130g trout or salmon fillets, skin off, pin-boned, from sustainable sources, 2 cloves of garlic, 500g ripe cherry tomatoes, 2 x 400g tins of cannellini beans, red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 4 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt and 1 lemon.
