Simon Rimmer blueberry cake with Greek yoghurt and honey recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious blueberry cake with Greek yoghurt and honey on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 115g of Butter, 150g of Sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 yolks, 185g of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 75ml of milk, 250g Blueberries, 2 beaten egg whites, Zest of 1 lemon and 15g of extra sugar.

To Serve: thick Greek yoghurt, honey and Extra blueberries.
