Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Swedish curried banana pizza on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 400g of 00 flour, sifted, 1 x 7g sachet instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, fine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50ml of olive oil, Approximately 225ml of hot water, 2 tablespoons of semolina to roll and Extra flour and oil.
For the topping : a tin of good quality chopped tomatoes, drained, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 75ml of extra virgin olive oil, mixed with teaspoon of curry powder, 150g of mozzarella and A few leaves of basil.
2 sliced bananas, 100g of yoghurt, mixed with a tablespoon of curry paste and Zest of 1 lime.
