Simon Rimmer served up tasty cheese and onion potato cakes with English mustard and smoked cheddar on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for potato cake are: 700g of dry mashed potatoes, 100g of grated raw potato, 2 sliced onions, 20ml of oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 50g of butter, Salt & Pepper, 100g flour, 3 beaten eggs and 150g of panko breadcrumbs.
For the Cheese Filling: 30g of butter, 30g of flour, 100ml of milk, 2 teaspoons of English mustard and 100g of grated smoked cheddar.
