Simon Rimmer served up a delicious strawberry mousse with orange and vanilla on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 300g of strawberries, 125g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla paste, Zest of 1 orange and 275ml of cream.
Garnish with fresh mint and more strawberries.
