Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate and pistachio mousse with cream and mascarpone cheese on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 250g of milk chocolate, 40g butter, 6 eggs, separated, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 150g of mascarpone, 75g of pistachio cream, 50ml of cream, 50g of pistachios and 10g of icing sugar.
