Rosemary Shrager served up a delicious chocolate and orange Easter cake with ground almonds on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 125g good-quality dark chocolate, 125g softened butter, extra for greasing, 125g caster sugar, 60g egg yolks (about 3 yolks), 125g ground almonds, plus extra for lining the tin, Finely grated zest of 1 orange, 110g egg whites (about 3 eggs) and 1 pinch of salt.
For the chocolate glaze topping: 125g double cream, 50g sugar, 50g water, 25g glucose, 75g dark chocolate, cut into small pieces and 250g dark pate a glace or Bournville chocolate, cut into small pieces.
