Simon Rimmer served up a delicious orange yoghurt cake with orange blossom water and fruit on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 350g flour, 1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder, 250ml of Greek yoghurt, The zest and juice of 1 ½ oranges, 3 eggs, 275g of sugar, 150ml of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water.
For the icing : 200g of icing sugar and Juice of half a large orange.
Selection of fruit to serve.
