Simon Rimmer served up a delicious bountiful coconut bar with chocolate and maple syrup on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 600g chopped pitted dates, 110g cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 250g coconut oil, 50g dessicated coconut, 50g glace cherries, 200g dark chocolate, 400ml coconut cream, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 15g sea salt and 30g toasted coconut flakes.
