Simon Rimmer served up a tasty fried chicken burger with toasted brioche buns and fries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1kg of turkey breast, cut into 125g steaks.
For the Marinade: 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 500ml buttermilk, 50ml hot sauce, 250g self raising flour, 100g cornflour, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
For the Sauce: 200g of mayonnaise, 40g of ketchup, 40g of American Yellow Mustard, 3 chopped gherkins, 20ml of white wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons of cayenne, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika and 1 pinch of garlic powder.
Shredded iceberg lettuce, Dill pickles and 4 x toasted brioche buns.
Serve with skinny fries, dusted with cayenne pepper and salt.
