Simon Rimmer served up tasty pigs in blankets traybake with gravy and cranberry sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 16 x thin sausages, 16 x sage leaves, 16 x smoked streaky bacon rashers, rind removed, 1 sliced onion, 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 1kg small potatoes, sliced in half lengthways, 250g sprouts, halved, 150ml olive oil, 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes and 100g of honey, let down with a tablespoon of hot water.
Serve with gravy and cranberry sauce.
