Clodagh McKenna served up a delicious 10 Minute Christmas Eve Pudding on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 140g dark chocolate, 100g caster sugar, Zest of 2 oranges, 2 eggs and 300g mascarpone.

To Serve: 1 Orange, peeled and twisted and Handful of hazelnuts, toasted and chopped.
