Simon Rimmer served up delicious air fryer tahini brownies with smoked almonds and caramel sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g 70% cocoa solid dark chocolate, 75g chopped smoked almonds, 50g tahini, 250g butter, 4 eggs, 200g sugar, 150g light brown sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 120g flour, Half a teaspoon of baking powder, 25g cocoa and Pinch salt.
For the caramel: 200g butter, 1 can of condensed milk, 4 tablespoons of golden syrup and 1 teaspoon of sea salt crystals.
