Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Tolosa Bean and Chorizo Stew on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 700g cooked Tolosa beans, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped leek, 1 finely chopped carrot, 2 cloves garlic, 1 chopped red chilli, 125g pancetta lardons, 175g spicy chorizo, chopped into chunks, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, approximately 500ml chicken stock and 50ml dry sherry.
To serve: Chopped parsley and Crusty bread.
