Simon Rimmer served up a delicious brioche and butter pudding with chocolate sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 brioche loaves. Cut into 20mm slices, 75g butter, 6 egg yolks, 2 whole eggs, 150g sugar, Vanilla Pod, 200ml full fat milk, 100ml evaporated milk, 300ml double cream, 150g milk chocolate chips/buttons and Demarera sugar for layers.
For the sauce: 200ml double cream, 200g soft dark brown sugar, 175g butter, 100g choc chips, 1 vanilla pod and Tsp sea salt.
