Dr Amir Khan served up tasty air fryer vegetable pakoras with a yoghurt dip on Loraine.
The ingredients are: 1 sliced red onion, 2 garlic cloves chopped fine, 1 tsp peeled and finely chopped ginger, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tablespoon plain flour, 3 tablespoons gram flour, Chopped 2 handful of fresh spinach and coriander, Pinch of salt and Spray of vegetable oil.
