Nadiya Hussain served up delicious byte size banana doughnuts with milk and vanilla on Nadiya’s Cook Once Eat Twice.
The ingredients are: 350g plain flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, large pinch salt, 1 tbsp caster sugar, plus extra for coating, 1 banana, peeled, 1 free-range egg, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp oil, plus extra for deep-frying and 175ml full-fat milk.
