Dr Amir Khan served up a healthy air fryer stuffed sweet potatoes with chickpeas and broccoli on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes, 60g walnut halves, crumble a few, 400g tin chickpeas, drained, 300g frozen broccoli florets (thawed), cut into small pieces, Handful of pumpkin seeds, Drizzle olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp smoked chipotle powder, Pinch of salt, 100g feta cheese, crumbled, Olive oil for drizzling and Juice of 1 lime.
