Simon Rimmer served up delicious Baked Yoghurt with Summer Fruits on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g of condensed milk, 150g of double cream, 200g of Greek yoghurt, Tsp vanilla and 2 tsp rose water.
For the brittle : 150g toasted pistachios, 150g sugar, 200ml pimms, 125g sugar, About 300g total of summer fruits – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and Handful chopped mint.
