Simon Rimmer served up delicious Fruit Scones with Cream and Jam on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g flour, 2tbs baking powder, 90g butter, 65g sugar, 1 Tbs currants, 1 Tbs sultanas, 1 Tbs dried cherries, 280ml milk, 200g good quality strawberry jam, 125g chopped strawberries, Tsp orange blossom water and Tsp vanilla.
