Simon Rimmer served up tasty wasabi aubergines with flatbread on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 aubergines, cut into wedges, Oil to griddle, 50g wasabi, 50ml soy, 50ml rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 clove garlic, grated, 30mm piece ginger, matchsticks, 2-3 Flatbread, 50g diced Butter and 2 tsp Furikake.
