Clodagh Mckenna 10 minute spiced prawn rice bowl with flatbread recipe

Clodagh Mckenna served up a tasty Moroccan style 10 minute spiced prawn rice bowl with air fryer flatbread on this morning.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil , 180g large raw prawns , 4 spring onions, sliced thinly , 1 garlic clove, crushed , 2 tsp harissa paste, ½ tsp ground turmeric , 200g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed , 250g packet ready cooked brown basmati rice , 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley, Juice 1 lemon , Salt and pepper, to season.
