Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Peach And Strawberry Cobbler with Pistachios Nuts on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 150g strawberries, 150g eating apples, 300g peaches, 175g sugar, Tsp vanilla, 2tsp orange blossom water and 100g chopped pistachios.
For the topping: 225g flour, pinch salt, 3 tsp baking powder, 100g cubed butter, 175ml sour cream and 25g demarera sugar.
