Sudhir and Avi paneer tikka wraps with chilli sauce and garlic mayonnaise recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Sudhir and Avi served up tasty paneer tikka wraps with chilli sauce and garlic on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the marinade: 250g paneer, cubed, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp ground turmeric and pinch salt.

For the sauce: 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp tandoori powder, 50ml vegetable oil, ½ tsp nigella seeds, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp runny honey, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

To serve: 2 large naans, red cabbage, white cabbage and carrot slaw, 1 red onion, sliced, 1 green chilli, sliced, sev or Bombay mix, chilli sauce and garlic mayonnaise.
