The ingredients are: 175g butter, 125g golden caster sugar, 3 eggs, 115g Greek yoghurt, 200g self raising flour, Zest and juice 1 lemon, 60g lemon curd, 110g rapberries, 50 g flaked almonds, 200g Greek yoghurt, 50g lemon curd and 1 tablespoon honey.
