Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate cinnamon pudding with creme fraiche and summer fruits on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 225g sugar, 60ml water, 500ml whole milk, 100g dark chocolate, 6 eggs, 1 can condensed milk (400g), 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Serve with creme fraiche and summer fruits.
