Gino Crab tortellini with caper butter sauce recipe on Let’s Do Lunch

Gino D’acampo showcased his grandmother crab tortellini with caper butter sauce recipe on Let’s Do Lunch with Gino and Mel.

The ingredients are: 300g 00 flour, 3 whole eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, A good pinch of salt and Egg beaten for egg wash.

For the filling: 200g white crab meat, 50g brown crab meat, 2 tbsp ricotta, 1 egg yolk, The zest of 1 lemon and Salt and pepper.

For the burnt butter sauce: 50g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp capers, 2 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped and 1 tbsp chopped chives.
