Marcus Wareing served up a tasty French vinaigrette with Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar on Marcus Wareing Simply Provence.

The ingredients are: three parts olive oil, one part white wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 pinch of salt and ground pepper.
