Alexis Conran and Cherry Healey served up tasty lamb kofta kebab on Air Fryer Made Easy.

The ingredients include: lamb mince, 1/2 red onion, fresh mint, parsley and dill, dried oregano, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic oil.

To serve: pita bread, sliced red onion , tzatziki, lettuce and lemon juice.
