Jamie Oliver prosciutto baked fish with sun-dried tomato pesto, white beans and wilted spinach recipe on Jamie’s Air Fryer Meals

Jamie Oliver served up tasty prosciutto baked fish with sun-dried tomato pesto, white beans and wilted spinach on Jamie’s Air Fryer Meals.

The ingredients are: 2 cloves of garlic, 4 sprigs of rosemary, olive oil, 20 g blanched almonds, 40 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, 2 x 150 g frozen white fish fillets , from sustainable sources, 4 slices of higher-welfare prosciutto or Parma ham, ½ a lemon, 1 x 400 g tin of white beans, red wine vinegar, 20 g Parmesan cheese, ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 125 g baby spinach.
