The ingredients are: 1 aubergine, Rice flour – for dusting and batter, Panko bread crumbs, Smoked paprika, Pine nuts, fennel, Apple, lemon, Olive oil, Salt and pepper.
Fresh Parsley, Fresh Mint, Garlic, Lemon and Chilli flakes.
