Simon Rimmer Chocolate and Vanilla Bundt Cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious Chocolate and Vanilla Bundt Cake on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 100g dulce de leche.

For the cake : 225g dark brown sugar, 50g butter, 1 egg, 125ml strong coffee, 120ml buttermilk, 180g flour, 60g cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.

For the sauce: 5 eggs, 325g condensed milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 235ml whole milk.
