Simon Rimmer served up tasty Salt And Vinegar Potatoes With Salmon on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g hot smoked salmon.
For the potatoes: 1kg small potatoes , 300ml white wine vinegar , Enough water to cover the spuds, 1 tablespoon salt , 100ml olive oil and more salt.
For the dressing : 150g mayonaise , 50g salad cream , Zest and juice 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon grain mustard and 1 tablespoon chopped chives.
