Raymond Blanc served up a delicious baked figs and pain perdu on Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens.

The ingredients include: organic eggs, steal bread, sugar, milk, vanilla, rum (optional), butter for frying.

For the figs and blackberries : fresh figs, water, sugar, fresh blackberries and butter.
