James Martin breakfast waffles with sausages, bacon and eggs recipes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty breakfast waffles with sausages, tomato, mushrooms, bacon and eggs on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the Waffles are: 250g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp butter, melted, 3 eggs, 200ml milk, 100g diced potatoes, fried and 100g bacon lardons, cooked.

8 sausages, cooked in lard, 6 tomatoes, halved and cooked in lard and thyme, Field mushroom, filled with butter and thyme and then cooked with the sausages and tomatoes cooked in lard and thyme, Fried back bacon and Fried eggs.

To serve: Maple syrup whipped with butter.
