Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Old School Beef Curry on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 20ml vegetable oil, 1x diced onions, 1 clove chopped garlic, 2 chopped carrots, 20g flour, 25g curry powder, 750ml vegetable stock, 15g grated palm sugar, 25ml tamarind sauce, 15ml soy, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 1 teaspoon cornflour mixed with 50ml water, 2 x 250g aged rump steaks, 250g sticky rice – cooked, 50g wide rice noodles and Oil to deep fry.
