Jamie Penny served up tasty pea puree on sourdough toast with feta cheese and poached eggs on Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens.
The ingredients include: toasted sourdough bread, poached eggs, pea puree, tomatoes, feta cheese, lemon juice, black pepper and fresh peas.
For the Tomatoes: fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper and rapeseed oil.
For the pea puree: fresh green beans and peas pre-boiled for a couple of minutes, vegetable stock, salt and pepper.
