Prue Leith served up tasty palmier canapes with shop brought pastry, pesto and Parmesan cheese on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 320g shop-bought puff pastry (1 sheet), Plain flour for dusting, 4 tbsp shop-brought basil pesto, 40g grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash).
