James Martin served up tasty Coquille St Jacques (scallops with prawns, potatoes, parsley and egg yolks) on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 12 scallops, 300g prawns, 50g butter, 50g plain flour, 500ml milk and 1 small bunch parsley, chopped.
To top: 600g potato, diced, 50g butter and 2 egg yolks.
