Simon King and Dave Myers served up a tasty tahdig (crispy Persian rice) on The Hairy Bikers Go West.
The ingredients are: 400g basmati rice, large pinch saffron, 75g Greek-style yoghurt, 100g butter, melted, 2 tbsp olive oil and sea salt.
