James Martin carrot and coriander soup with soda bread, cream and herb oil recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty carrot and coriander soup with soda bread, double cream and herb oil on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g carrots, peeled and finely diced, 300ml milk, Salt and pepper, 1 small bunch coriander.

For the Soda Bread: 300g wholemeal flour, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 200ml buttermilk, 200 tbsp full fat milk, 50g golden syrup and 50g black treacle.

To serve: 15ml double cream, 15ml olive oil and 15ml herb oil.
