Jonny Lake Farinata (Chickpea Pancake) with Fonduta Piemontese, Truffle and Fresh Rosemary recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Jonny Lake served upa tasty Farinata (Italian Chickpea Pancake) with Fonduta Piemontese (Fontina cheese Fondue) , Truffle and Fresh Rosemary on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g Fontina cheese (finely grated), 125g Whole milk, 20g Unsalted butter, 2 Egg yolks (St Ewe rich yolk), to taste salt, white pepper, 500g Chickpea flour and 1500g Water.

To finish: Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Fresh rosemary and Fresh black truffle.
