Jonny Lake served upa tasty Farinata (Italian Chickpea Pancake) with Fonduta Piemontese (Fontina cheese Fondue) , Truffle and Fresh Rosemary on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g Fontina cheese (finely grated), 125g Whole milk, 20g Unsalted butter, 2 Egg yolks (St Ewe rich yolk), to taste salt, white pepper, 500g Chickpea flour and 1500g Water.
To finish: Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Fresh rosemary and Fresh black truffle.
