James Martin served up a tasty tandoori partridge with Greek yogurt on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 partridge breasts, spatchcocked, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp chilli powder, 250ml full fat Greek yoghurt, 1 lime, juice only.
